REGISTRATION FORMS and FEE:
Please read and sign the Registration Form, and include the one-time registration fee of $35.00. This fee covers the entire family for the current academic year. Enrollment Forms must be on file and completed in its entirety. A copy will be sent to you upon request.

TUITION: 2 Ways to Pay: (Check or Visa/MasterCard)

You can choose to pay monthly or you can pay for the entire session at once. NOTE: If your child misses a class due to sickness, schedule conflict, vacation, etc. you are still responsible for payment. Your child has the opportunity to make-up the missed class by coming to any of our other (age appropriate) classes throughout the week.

IMPORTANT MESSAGES and STUDIO INFORMATION

We use e-mail almost exclusively to communicate with our families. Every month, an e-newsletter goes out to each household with reminders, updates and all sorts of information that you'll find useful. Please provide an e-mail address when completing your Enrollment Form so that you can receive Studio Stuff, our monthly e-newsletter.

FLEXIBLE ENROLLMENT OPTIONS

We recognize that kids today are very busy. Students who take at Let’s Sing! Dance! Act! may choose to enroll in 2 different sessions. Session 1 is 12-weeks and ends with a Holiday Show in December. Session 2 is 16 weeks and ends with our Spring Show in May. We DO NOT hold you or your child to a 10-month contract!

DRESS CODE

Dance attire of any style or color is permitted. Long hair should be up in a bun or ponytail and away from the face. Dance shoes such as ballet slippers, jazz shoes, hip-hop sneakers are all acceptable. Absolutely no street shoes allowed in the studio. Teachers will enforce the Dress Code.

WEATHER

If Hopkinton School District closes because of bad weather, we will too. If the schools let out early, the studio will be CLOSED. Let’s Sing! Dance! Act! follows the same schedule as Hopkinton Public Schools.
